This class is designed for adults of all ages and fitness levels who are new to the sport or looking to refresh their basic skills. In this class, you’ll learn proper grip and stance for effective shots, fundamental strokes to help master the forehand, backhand, and serve, as well as learning proper footwork and court movement while improving your agility and court coverage through dynamic drills. Additionally play- ers will learn advanced match strategies, including shot selection, court positioning, and point construction. Develop greater con- sistency and power in your strokes through demanding drills and competitive play and increase your speed and agility on the court through dynamic drills and movement exercises. Participate in friendly matches and scrimmages to apply your skills and develop your competitive edge. This class is ideal for players who have some prior tennis experience and a solid understanding of the basic strokes and are looking to improve their consistency, power, and strategic play.
