29 Teen & Youth Fitness and Sports Sports Instruction Junior Advanced Tennis This Junior Advanced Tennis class is designed for dedicated play- ers ages 13-18 who have a strong foundation in the fundamentals and are looking to compete at a high level. The curriculum goes beyond basic strokes, focusing on refining technique, developing strategic thinking, and building the mental toughness required for tournament play.
