A full refund will be made in the event an activity is cancelled by the City prior to the starting date. ▀ TRANSACTION FEE A non-refundable $2.44 transaction fee will be charged per receipt. ▀ SATISFACTION GUARANTEED If you are not completely satisfied with your class, notify us immediately and we will arrange for you to: repeat the class at no charge, trans- fer you to another class or receive a refund. ▀ TRANSFER POLICY Class transfers must be made before the sec- ond class meeting.
