Tennis Clinic - Adult Beginning Discover the fun and fitness of tennis with our beginner-friendly adult tennis class! This class is designed for adults of all ages and fitness levels who are new to the sport or looking to refresh their basic skills. In this class, you'll learn proper grip and stance for effective shots, fundamental strokes to help master the forehand, backhand, and serve, as well as learning proper footwork and court movement while improving your agility and court coverage through dynamic drills.
